The development and application of digital technology has more impact to snow sports in order to provide new data and solutions, whose are able to support alpine ski development in various aspects. There are set of the big challenges to use digital systems and satellite services on  the FIS Alpine Ski World Cup and European Cup race courses with respect of course setting.

  • Digital technology offers very high precision measurement of gates position in racing slopes during course setting and deliver a set of new digital data which could be used for teams, analysis, statistics, predictors and more other applications in order to develop and support alpine ski racing.
